Attend the House of God this Lord’s Day

It has been said that God does not ask about our ability, or our inability, but our availability. If you are available come Sunday morning, let the churches of Christ find you in attendance. Don’t go because you are expected to, required to, or even because you are paid to. Go because Christ died for you, built His church for you, and promised eternal life to all who are faithful members of His church. I hope you make your presence felt in The House of God this Lord’s Day.

Do We Have Friend In Satan?

Do we have friend in Satan,
We could sin, but he don’t care.
We wouldn’t have to hide or worry,
Is Satan’s the answer to our prayer?
Oh, what joys we often forfeit,
Oh what decadence is there.
We could sin without a worry,
Is Satan’s the answer to our prayer?

We’d have pleasure in temptations,
Anytime and anywhere.
We would never get discouraged,

Could we find a friend so giving,
All the world he’d gladly share.
He knows all our every weakness,

Satan tempts us beyond compare.
Deceitful enemy, forsakes us,

Sin separates us from our Savior,
Oh what needless pain we’ll bear.
What kind of friend lies, and betrays us,
In hell we’re bound to meet him there.
