Speaking where the bible speaks, and silent where the bible is silent.

We are no longer under the law of Moses. We are no longer bound to remember, rest, or worship on the Sabbath day. The 10 commandments, (the covenant) is no longer in force. Jesus redeemed us from the curse of the law, and nailed it to the cross. Those who desire to be under the law are bound to keep the whole law, and failure to do so makes them guilty of all of it. If righteousness came by the law, then Christ died in vain. Those who justify themselves by the Law of Moses have fallen from grace, for Christ is the end of the law.

Today, we are under the perfect law of liberty, the law of Christ. Christ’s law states we must preach the Word of God in season, and out of season. We must speak only what the bible speaks, and be silent where the bible is silent. We must worship on Sunday, and attend the church Christ built, the church of Christ. We must remember the Lord’s death each first day of the week. We must sing, and make music in the heart to the Lord, and not with instruments. We must sing, and pray with the Spirit, and understanding. We must obey the gospel of Christ, and remain faithful until death.  If there be any other that the law of Christ contains, it is fulfilled with this: That we love one another as Christ also loved us. If we believe in the Man, we must also obey His plan, the man Christ Jesus.

Oh I get it. So I can murder as well and thats okay since the 10 are no longer required? You are a genius. Thank you for such a brilliant statement you have made. I cant wait bear false witness and take me some Gods name in vain. So I assume by, again your brilliance, that creation week is not a big deal either? I mean, God, not you or I but GOD set aside the Seventh day as a memorial of HIS, not you or I, creation. Hmmm even GOD rested on it and . .wait. .HALLOWED it.

    • Heb 4:1-10
Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it.
2 For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it.
3 For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: “So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest,'” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
      4 For He has spoken in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “And God rested on the seventh day from all His works”;
5 and again in this place: “They shall not enter My rest.”
6 Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience,
7 again He designates a certain day, saying in David, “Today,” after such a long time, as it has been said: “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts.”
8 For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day.
9 There remains therefore a rest for the people of God.
10 For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.

The truth is God made a covenant with Israel on Mt Sinai with Moses. He gave them the 10 commandments in stone and 603 more contained in the first 5 books of the old testament. Even if you kept the 10, you would fall short because those who keep part of the law of God and not all of it, are guilty of all the law of Moses. Jam 2:10

Jesus nailed the law of God, the law of Moses, the Covenant, the 10 commandments on the cross. Col 2:14 Anyone who justifies themselves by that law has fallen from grace. Gal 5:4 Most who attempt to keep the Sabbath violate it. The drive to church which is an abomination because an automobile is a combustional engine, which is fire. No one is allowed to make a fire on the Sabbath under the law of Moses. They fail to turn off their appliances in their houses which is electricity which is fire as well. They travel to far a distance and worship in another place other than Jerusalem which was the only place one could worship on the Sabbath… and so on…. Needless to say, you coulnd’t keep the Sabbath or the law of Moses even if you wanted to. Under the law of Moses, it was required that the levite tribe only to touch the holy sacraments and no Jew knows their heritage ever since ad 70 when God allowed Israel to be destroyed as a nation and the temple was destroyed with their priesthood.

God divorced himself from Israel, broke his covenant he had made with them and ended all Sabbaths and the 10 commandments. Jer 3; Zech 11; Amos 8:5,9 Today, we are all under the law of Christ and are married to him. Rom 11

This is only for the believer the unbeliever will still be judged by the law. The believer will not be judge for sin but rewarded for how he uses God’s gifts.

Sin or breaking the law only shows your a sinner it can not justify you. Its through one man’s obedience we are justified.

“Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men. 19 For as by the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man’s obedience the many will be made righteous. 20 Now the law came in to increase the trespass, but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, 21 so that, as sin reigned in death, grace also might reign through righteousness leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” — Romans 5:18-21

    • The law of Christ, NOT THE LAW OF MOSES, shall judge the sinner. Please Read:

He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him — the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. John 12:48

Anyone who justifies themselves by the law of Moses has fallen from grace. Gal 5:4

For the post in general it is missing the mark. Jesus never said go to church each Sunday.

Jesus taught to the Jews and his ministry was centered on the Law of Moses it was Paul that brought the gospel of Grace from Jesus directly it is Grace we are saved and the only requirement is — we must believe in Jesus from are heart. Yes just believe that’s it.

    • FAITH ONLY IS DEAD! The apostle James disproved your doctrine 100%. Please Read:

      James 2:14-26

14 What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

18 But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. 19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe — and tremble! 20 But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? 22 Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? 23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God.

24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

25 Likewise, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way?

26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
