Speaking where the bible speaks, and silent where the bible is silent.

Biblical Proof

Come the day of judgment, many will contend with the Lord that they have the right to eternal life based upon their good deeds. Despite their argument, Jesus will tell them,I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” (Mt 7:23). I am sure come that dreadful day, that many will blame their sinful lifestyles on those who warned them not. However, there are some that they can never blame their destruction upon.

It was in the book of Ezekiel that God made his prophet a “Watchman”. He said, “So you, son of man: I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear a word from My mouth and warn them for Me. When I say to the wicked, ‘O wicked man, you shall surely die!’ and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand.  Nevertheless if you warn the wicked to turn from his way, and he does not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.” Ezek 33:7-9 The prophets of God prophesied of the coming day of the Lord, for all the old testament testifies of Jesus Christ. Jn 5:39

They can never blame God the Father, for he sent his only son to die for our sins. Jn 3:16 They can never blame Jesus Christ, for he come to earth and sacrificed his life on the cruel cross of Calvary that all might have hope of eternal life. 1 Pet 2:24 They can never blame the apostles who preached the gospel unto all the world. Mt 28:19,20 f; Col 1:23 They can never blame all those preachers and teachers who sacrificed their time, their fortunes, and their very life to spread the gospel and doctrine of Christ and his apostles.

Yes, many will have excuses as to why they never obeyed the gospel of God, but none of those excuses will save them. The only thing that will save them is to obey the gospel, and to continue in the doctrine of Christ while there is yet day. Jn 9:4 f; 2 Cor 6:2

1. HEAR THE GOSPEL – Rom 10:17 f; 1 Cor 15:1-4
2. BELIEVE JESUS IS THE CHRIST – Jn 3:18 f; Jn 8:24
3. CONFESS JESUS IS THE CHRIST – Mt 10:32,33 f; Rom 10:8-10
4. REPENT OF THEIR SINS – Lk 13:3 f; Acts 2:38
5. BAPTIZED INTO CHRIST – Mk 16:16 ff; Acts 22:16; 1 Pet 3:21
6. FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH – Jn 8:31 f; Rev 2:10

It is true that I cannot make anyone believe me, and it is true that I can never make anyone obey God’s Word. All I can do is take God at his Word and follow it strictly, and present such to all who will give ear and take heed. 1 Tim 4:16 f; Mt 13:9  I have become the enemy of all those who reject God’s Word. Gal 4:16 I have become beloved and cherished to the few who heeded my plea. When the wicked stand before God, they will blame many things and many people for not warning them concerning the wrath of God which has come upon them, but one thing for sure, they will not blame it on me. 1 Thess 1:10 As Paul said, so do I, that I am free from the blood of all men, because I have not shunned to declare the whole counsel of God to all the world. Acts 20:26,27
