If Anyone Speaks Let Them Speak The Very Words of God

If Anyone Speaks, Let Them Speak The Very Words of God

When it comes to our salvation, whose words are we speaking? Does our voice reflect sound doctrine, holding fast sound words? (Tit 2:1; 2 Tim 1:13) Are our words spoken in faith, truth, and love? (Eph 4:15; 2 Tim 1:13). Do we speak the very words of God, or the traditions of men? (1 Pet 4:11; Col 2:8) Do we speak the doctrine of Christ, or the doctrine of devils? (1 Tim 6:3; 1 Tim 4:1,2) Do we speak where the bible speaks, and become silent where the bible is silent? (Rev 22:18,19) Come the day of judgment we shall give an account of every idle word, for by our words we are be both justified, and condemned. (Mt 12:36,37) God’s servants hear Him, are taught by Him, and His Words are in their mouth. (Jn 10:27; Jn 6:45; Mt 28:20; Jer 1:9; 5:14) The faithful speak God’s Word faithfully. (Jer 23:28) Woe unto each of us, if we preach not, teach not, and be the light, and shining example of the gospel of our salvation. (1Co 9:16; Eph 1:13) If it’s salvation we seek, it’s God’s Word we must speak. (Mt 6:33; Acts 4:19,20)
