Blessed are the Saints Who Die in the Lord

As humans, often we rejoice at the wrong time, for the wrong reasons. We rejoice at the birth of a child, and mourn at their death, when it should be the other way around. In the same manner, we should be very pleased that someone is baptized into Christ, but our rejoicing should come when they die in the Lord. Baptism is the easy part, but the hard part is remaining faithful till death. Remember, many are called (Baptized), but few are chosen.

God’s Way or the Highway

There are much too many who don’t like the way God governs. They seemingly prefer a democracy, rather than a theocracy. They seemingly think that the commandments of God, are obeyed only by a popular consensus. The facts is, that with God, it is His way or the highway. A highway that is wide, broad, and leads straight to destruction. If we want to walk with God, get on His path of the strait, and narrow way.
