The services of God are to be attended not just on Sunday, or midweek, but on every day of the week. Men and women may work from sun to sun, but truly, God’s work is never done. The harvest is much, the laborers are few, and the time is at hand. Attend to the services of God, and let us reap in due season, but above all things, attend.

We all live in an ever changing world, where moral values are drawing further, and further away from God, and his divine word. In a world where Christian values are being scandalized, and being replaced with pure evil. A world where God himself would not be welcomed, and would be strung up, and hanged for proclaiming his values upon others. Ps 81:11 A world where freedom has been used to do evil, and where it’s unsafe for a Christian to do good. 1 Pet 4:16-18
God’s Word is pure, and tested, though in today’s vernacular, is politically incorrect. Prov 30:5; Ps 18:30 One only needs to read a newspaper, a magazine, or turn on the evening news to see, and hear that God’s word is no longer present in the daily lives of most people. What is even more sad to realize, is that this generation is oblivious to God’s departure. They have long ago abandoned God’s law for their own law, so that they might continue to practice evil. Mt 15:7-9
This generation accepts their own views as truth, and rejects God’s Word as fallacy. Jer 44:16,17 They attack the bible, as though it was written by men who were not inspired by God. 2 Pet 1:21 They profess that they are Christians, and disguise themselves as such, only to deceive the righteous few. Rom 16:17,18; 2 Cor 11:14,15 They heap to themselves preachers, and teachers who redefine the word of God according to their own private interpretations. 2 Tim 4:3,4; 2 Pet 1:20 This faithless generation say they believe in God, but in works they deny him. Tit 1:15,16 They say that God exist, but his word they will not follow. Ezek 33:31-33 They say they want God to help them in their hour of need, but they forget God when their life is blessed. 2 Chron 33:12
We live in a generation where greed provides their doctrine, Mic. 3:11 and where false teachers feed their hearts, and minds. 2 Pet 2:1-3 We live in an age that believes adultery, homosexuality, and fornication are acceptable behaviors. Rom 1:26-32 A generation that thinks abortion is a right, and a privilidge, and utterly rejects the thought that they have committed murder in the sight of God. Jer 19:5
We live in a time where decadent diseases have overtaken society, all because of the evil that has been perpetuated, by that which God called an abomination. Lev 18:22 Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, would have blushed, and repented, if the Word of God had been preached to them as it has to this generation. Mt 11:21-23 A place where homosexuality is practiced openly, is condoned, approved, and accepted by mainstream society. Even so called churches are now accepting this filth as acceptable behavior in the eyes of God.
What is holding back the wrath of God is far beyond the comprehension of every Christian, past and present. What more evil must Christians endure before God destroys this decadent world? It only goes to show the patience, and love God has for this world, to have endured such pure evil in his sight. How much longer he will endure I know not, but I know one thing for sure: Christ will come as a thief in the night, and at a time that no man knows. Let us always be ready for that day. 1 Thess 5:2; 2 Pet 3:10
While there is yet day, there is time to repent. Acts 17:30 If you have sinned, the gospel can wash it clean. The gospel saved, adulterers, murderers, and thieves, and it can save you today. Know of an assurance, that God so loved the world that he gave his only son to die for our sins. Jn 3:16 If we Believe, and Confess that Jesus is the Christ Rom 10:10 , if we Repent of our sins, and are Baptized (Immersed) Acts 2:38, and if we remain Faithful until death Rev 2:10, we too can escape this faithless, and wicked generation. The night is far spent, and the day is at hand; cast off the works of evil, and put on the works of righteousness. Rom 13:12 While God’s hand is stretched out still, take the leap of faith! Isa 5:25; Isa 9:12,17,21; Isa 10:4 Take it, before it is everlasting too late.
